Houston Network Operations CenterCapRock's state-of-the-art Network Operations Centers (NOCs) located in Houston, Texas and Aberdeen, Scotland manage and provision customers' networks around the globe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Using gateways to interconnect the NOCs with private terrestrial lines, each NOC is capable of remotely monitoring and operating the other as well as the networks and remote sites it monitors.
The 5,000 square foot Houston NOC is staffed by trained technicians, who proactively monitor thousands of users' VSAT networks each day. The Aberdeen facility recently completed the expansion of its NOC into a 16,000 square foot facility. This expanded NOC features the latest in network monitoring technology and enables CapRock to enhance its remote diagnostic capabilities.
