Additionally, CapRock operates a 24/7 secure NOC staffed by cleared personnel.
Using gateways to interconnect the NOCs with private terrestrial lines, the Aberdeen and Houston NOC is each capable of remotely monitoring and operating the other as well as the networks and remote sites they monitor.
The 5,000 square foot Houston NOC is staffed by trained technicians, who proactively monitor thousands of users' VSAT networks each day. The Aberdeen facility recently completed the expansion of its NOC into a 16,000 square foot facility. This expanded NOC features the latest in network monitoring technology and enables CapRock to enhance its remote diagnostic capabilities.
