The time it takes to restore the damaged local utilities may be days or even weeks, leaving those needing to operate in the impacted area crippled without access to reliable communications. CapRock's satellite solutions can be deployed on demand, providing temporary, mobile broadband communications in disaster affected areas.

Reservation Service

CapRock offers a reservation service that guarantees the availability of disaster recovery communications packages in the event of an emergency, providing peace of mind for customers.  A reservation fee secures stand-by equipment at a CapRock or a customer designated facility. Within six business hours of a deployment request, CapRock will dispatch a technician to the client’s site to bring the temporary communications online as soon as possible.

Traditional Recovery Service

For clients that are unable to pre-reserve communication packages, CapRock provides a traditional recovery service. The service is designed for customers requiring expedited equipment and service following an emergency. Package specifications are based on current inventory levels at the time of the request.
