CapRock Finalizes Acquisition of Arrowhead Global
Solutions Inc.

HOUSTON - May 7, 2007

CapRock Communications, a global satellite communications provider, today announced that it has finalized the purchase of Arrowhead Global Solutions Inc., a supplier of integrated communication solutions to the U.S. federal government and military. In February, CapRock announced that the company had signed a definite agreement to acquire Arrowhead.

CapRock and Arrowhead bring together more than 40 years of experience in serving customers with operations in remote and harsh conditions. The combined companies will be able to serve the government, engineering and construction vertical markets and larger systems integration projects further through a broader suite of products, services and support. Arrowhead is now a wholly owned subsidiary of CapRock.
