Arrowhead Global Solutions, Inc., Names Michael Shakarji
and Nelson Ward to Senior Posts

FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA - June 5, 2007

Arrowhead Global Solutions, Inc., a premier provider of integrated communication solutions, today announced that it has promoted two of its executives to top posts within the company. Michael Shakarji, who joined Arrowhead in 2001, has been named chief technical officer. Nelson Ward, who joined the company in 1997, has been named senior vice president of special operations.

Shakarji is a recognized veteran with more than 25 years experience in telecommunications and engineering management in both commercial and government environments. He is responsible for the strategic direction, tactical planning and business development of Arrowhead's integrated communication solutions. He also serves as program manager for the DSTS-G DISA Program. Before joining Arrowhead, Shakarji was director of advanced technology and international planning and engineering at Winstar Corporation in Herndon, VA. He has also held positions at COMSAT and GTE. Shakarji has a BA and an MA in mathematics.

Ward is also an experienced expert in the communications technology industry. At Arrowhead, he oversees the special operations division programs and customer satisfaction. He is the primary business advisor to the company and the top liaison with customers whose programs or requirements are of a sensitive or classified nature. Before joining Arrowhead, Ward was vice president and general manager of California Microwave, Inc., and senior program management engineer at Ford Aerospace Corporation. Ward served for more than 20 years in U.S. Navy cryptologic programs. He has a BS in technology and management.
