CapRock Announces Turnkey VSAT Services for Customers Operating in Libya

HOUSTON, TEXAS - June 19 , 2007

CapRock Communications today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Phoenicia Group Libya LLC to provide turnkey satellite services to customers with onshore and offshore energy, maritime and construction operations in Libya. The agreement represents a significant milestone in CapRock’s ability to provide customers with reliable communications as they develop and expand their presence in the African region.

Under the agreement, CapRock will provide a total managed satellite solution including VSAT equipment and installation, service, on-site support and 24/7 network monitoring and provisioning. With this solution, customers will have the option to land their traffic inside or outside of Libya through CapRock.
