CapRock Appoints Hank Winfield as Chief Financial Officer

HOUSTON, TEXAS - November 14, 2007

CapRock Communications, a leading global communications provider, has appointed Hank Winfield as CFO. In this position, Winfield will lead the company’s global financial strategies and activities and be responsible for all financial policies and direction. Winfield’s appointment further strengthens CapRock’s management team as the company continues its strategic growth into new markets and regions.

Winfield has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector including serving as the executive vice president, CFO and director for one of the largest private independent oil and gas companies in North America. Previously, he also served as the CFO for an emerging manufacturing company in the data network infrastructure market and held other executive financial positions within the telecommunications industry. Winfield holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and is a certified public accountant.
